Brisbane Cityscape

The area this signal box is located in is architecturally attractive and I wanted my design to complement it. I chose to create an abstract city scape that included some of Brisbane's prominent buildings, showing them as works of art, a perspective most people neglect while regarding them simply as convenient places to work in. The design is simple and bold, reflecting the geometry of the surrounds. To make it conform with the area, the colours of the palatte were taken from the tiled wall at the Brisbane Magistrate Court's entrance and the rectangular pattern is similar to a design decorating a nearby wall and building.
