Brunswick Habitat

The work depicts the ability of nature to regenerate and reclaim. By juxtaposing a Brunswick habitat with the original natural habitat in a colourful and engaging way, I hope to provoke questions of environmental responsibility in the viewer. The main image depicts a classic Victorian townhouse being reclaimed by the readily recognised Australian gum tree. I hope this reassessment of nature as habitat leads to more positive views of natural flora in the viewer.
