School Days

The corner of Lapraik st and Sandgate Road sees many students, from many schools, pass by each day. The artwork depicts a tree representing knowledge by leaves in the shape of pages. The remaining panel acknowledges the nearby girls' school and its motto, "Born to fly Upwards" a wish for all our children, no matter their gender and regardless of the school they attend.
