Hub ~ greater than the sum of our parts

Observing the fiveways of this intersection got me thinking about the many different paths we can walk in life, and how different we all are. My intention for my design, with the cool blue mathematical tessellation pattern and the movement of the fiery coloured paisley-style motif, is to reflect the concept of synergy...that even while some of us are straight and measured, and some are more fluid and spontaneous, (and every combination in between), when we work together with respect, understanding, and curiosity we create a unique beauty which is greater than the sum of our parts.
