Conversations

"Conversations” is inspired by multiculturalism, community and dialogue. The Glen Eira district is home to people of many different cultures and international
heritages, speaking a diverse range of languages. In the artwork speech bubbles are filled with an unreadable script, to represent unknown languages. Iconic images
appear sporadicly to cross the language barrier and allow a shared understanding. Spread out almost randomly they form a chaotic layering of noise and
conversation that someone might hear in a busy area of the district.
