Welcome Home

Being a migrant from China, I have been attached to Tassie as my second home. This painting combines Chinese art aesthetics with Tassie’s intriguing species, composing a tuneful poem for the maugean skate, pandani, eastern quoll, tiger snake, and turbo chook. Hope the endangered maugean skate encounter possibilities of prosperity during their travel in the maritime world, and bring their friends and families back to Tassie for a warm reunion.
